Seven Earn MBA Education CCMS Designation

DALLAS–Seven mortgage servicers earned Certified Commercial Mortgage Servicer designations here at the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Commercial/Multifamily Servicing and Technology Conference.

People earning their CCMS designation this year include:

–Shannon Carmack, CCMS, Senior Loan Portfolio Analyst with Ameritas Investment Partners Cincinnati;
–Charles Culbreth, CCMS, Executive Vice President with Wells Fargo Bank, Charlotte, N.C.;
–Alex Groot, CCMS, Director of Relationship Management with Wells Fargo Bank, Charlotte, N.C.;
–Leslie Hayton, CCMS, Managing Director with Wells Fargo Bank, Charlotte, N.C.;
–Kimberly Mancinelli, CCMS, Manager of Real Estate Operations with Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co.; Milwaukee; and
–James Schroeder, CCMS, Senior Vice President with Walker & Dunlop, Needham, Mass.

Schummer called the CCMS accreditation “more than just a designation–the knowledge that comes with it is very useful in taking commercial servicing operations to a whole new level,” he said.

Qualifications for the CCMS designation include industry education, commercial mortgage industry experience, commitment to the industry and participation in MBA and the issues facing the industry. All CCMS designees must maintain their designation with continuing education and participation in the MBA and the commercial real estate finance industry.
