ICE First Look: Delinquencies Hold Steady in April

Mortgage performance remained broadly stable from March to April, with the overall share of past-due loans unchanged and below pre-pandemic levels, ICE reported Tuesday in its monthly First Look report.

ATTOM Finds Annual Rise in Foreclosure Activity

ATTOM, Irvine, Calif., found there were 38,840 U.S. properties with foreclosure filings–default notices, scheduled auctions or bank repossessions–in February, down 4% from a month ago but up 20% from a year ago.
