The Mortgage Action Alliance (MAA) is proud to continue its MBA State and Federal Advocacy Webinar & Fly-In Series—a three-part regional experience highlighting the value and impact of the mortgage industry’s annual federal legislative “fly-in” and State and Local Workshop events. If you attended Part I of the webinar series, this session will cover similar topics—this time from a new perspective.
Part II shifts the spotlight to the West and Midwest regions, featuring leadership from California’s Mortgage Bankers Associations who will share firsthand perspectives on the unique policy landscapes shaping our country. Attendees will gain insight into how coordinated advocacy—across state lines and in partnership with MBA—advances meaningful legislative outcomes that directly support the mortgage industry and the consumers it serves.
Unlike a traditional one-way presentation, this interactive webinar invites participants to connect directly with advocacy leaders and peers who are driving change at both state and federal levels. By taking a regional approach, MBA aims to expand engagement, elevate diverse perspectives, and empower members to play a more active role in shaping industry priorities.
The MBA State and Federal Advocacy Webinar & Fly-In Series brings together state industry leaders to equip members with the knowledge and tools to make a real impact through advocacy. Each session breaks down the essential components of effective engagement:
