Mortgage Applications Decrease in Latest MBA Weekly Survey

Mortgage applications decreased 6.7% from one week earlier, according to data from the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Weekly Applications Survey for the week ending Oct. 18, 2024.

DPR: 29 Homebuyer Assistance Programs Added in Q3

Down Payment Resource, Atlanta, released its Q3 Homeownership Program Index Report, highlighting the homebuyer assistance programs added and available in the quarter. The number offered reached 2,444 in Q3.
