Skyline Lien Search, Miami, has announced a rebranding as Skyline Property Insight. The rebranding symbolizes its longstanding commitment to providing a wide array of property-related services.

Skyline Property Insight is going to roll out a new website and visual identity with the name.

Skyline Property Insight noted that, in pursuit of a smooth continuation of services, clients are encouraged to keep using their existing login credentials.

Truv Announces It’s Now an Authorized Report Supplier for Fannie Mae’s DU, Partners with BeSmartee

Truv, New York, announced it is now an authorized report supplier for mortgage lenders using Fannie Mae’s Desktop Underwriter (DU) validation service.  

Truv’s consumer-permission platform now is able to obtain and transmit income and employment data through the DU validation service.

It will help lenders reduce the risk of fraud and improve loan quality, and lower costs, among other features.

Additionally, Truv announced a partnership with BeSmartee, Aliso Viejo, Calif.

Truv has integrated with BeSmartee’s POS platform–BrightPOS–to automate manual verification processes, among other benefits.

Freddie Mac Verifies Vesta

Freddie Mac has verified the Vesta, Lake Oswego, Ore., loan origination system for Loan Quality Advisor, Loan Selling Advisor and the Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset (ULDD).

This indicates that the delivery services of Vesta’s LOS are now fully integrated with Loan Quality Advisor and Loan Selling Advisor, which will allow mortgage lenders using the LOS to access the Freddie Mac tools.

Vesta’s LOS has the capability of inversion of control, which allows the technology to make basic decisions and frees employees for other tasks. The system provides lenders with a modern system of record, customizable workflows for end-to-end mortgage loan fulfillment process and open, cloud-based APIs.

Xactus Announces Integration With Dark Matter Technologies Empower

Xactus, Broomall, Pa., announced several of its services are now available via the DarkMatter Technologies, Jacksonville, Fla., Empower loan origination software.

Lenders using Dark Matter’s LOS can now get access to Xactus’ Employment VerificationX, Social Security VerificationX and Credit ReportX. Flood ReportX, Tax TranscriptX and Undisclosed Debt VerificationX are on the Xactus roadmap.
