Paradatec Launches New Analytics Module

Paradatec, Wilmington, Del., announced a new analytics module in its AI-Cloud platform.

The module can automatically compare system-of-record data from different systems with extracted and calculated data from source documents and datasets.

It can improve overall data accuracy and flag unusual data, helping to reduce labor costs and improve the quality of loan files. It uses a flexible rules engine, allowing clients to augment Paradatec’s rules with their own.

LoanLogics, BaseCap Analytics Announce Partnership

LoanLogics, Jacksonville, Fla., announced a partnership with BaseCap Analytics, New York.

The partnership integrates BaseCap’s advanced rules engine for automated data validation and transformation and LoanLogics’ mortgage-specialized document processing through automated document recognition (ADR) and automated data extraction (ADE) technologies.

This will enable lenders and servicers to have greater access to their data and ensure higher data quality.

Companies Partner With Calque on Trade-In Mortgage

Calque, Austin, has announced a number of company partnerships to offer the Trade-In Mortgage across various states.

Trade-In Mortgage allows homebuyers who own a home to access equity in it before they sell.
