Embrace Home Loans Promotes Ryan Hardiman
Embrace Home Loans Middletown, R.I., announced Ryan Hardiman was promoted to President from Senior Vice President of Retail and Direct Sales.
Hardiman will oversee the company’s lending operations and fulfillment areas, and continue to lead Embrace’s financial services division.
Hardiman has been with Embrace Home Loans since 2008.
Ardán Appoints Rachel McIntosh as Controller
Ardán, Maitland, Fla., announced Rachel McIntosh as its new Controller.
As Controller, McIntosh will oversee and manage the financial operations of the company.
She has been a part of the finance team at Westcor Land Title Insurance Company and Ardán for more than a decade.
Freddie Mac Names Two VPs of Single-Family Seller Engagement
Freddie Mac announced Eric Wilson and Jonathan Kunkle as Vice Presidents of Seller Engagement for the Single-Family Division.
Wilson will oversee the Eastern Regions; Kunkle will oversee the Western Regions.
Wilson has been with Freddie Mac since 2019, most recently as Senior Director of Sales for the Midwest Region.
Kunkle was most recently with Covius Holdings Inc. (previously LenderLive Network.)
FirstFunding Taps Matt Coles as National Sales Manager
FirstFunding, Dallas, announced the addition of Matt Coles as national sales manager.
He will lead the company’s sales strategy and operations.
Previously, Coles led the sales organization at a national wholesale and correspondent lender.
Merchants Bank Adds Loan Originators
Merchants Bank, Carmel, Ind., announced the hiring of Benjamin Parker and Matthew Holmes as Mortgage Loan Originators.
Parker has nearly two decades of mortgage lending experience, most recently as a Residential Mortgage Banker at Star Financial Bank in Indianapolis where he originated conventional, Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and Veterans Affairs (VA) mortgages.
Holmes also has two decades of experience in the mortgage industry. He has previously been with Movement Mortgage, Carrington Mortgage Holdings, Peoples Bank and First Internet Bank.
