Planet Home Lending Acquires Certain Assets of Axia Home Loans
Planet Home Lending, Meriden, Conn., announced it has acquired certain assets of retail lender Axia Home Loans, Bellevue, Wash., which has branches in 17 states.
The transaction provides Planet with insights from seasoned, high-performing originators, affinity programs, increased volume and a broadened branch footprint across the Western, Northwestern and Midwestern markets.
Axia’s sales professionals will be provided with funding for continued volume growth and access to proprietary innovative home loan products.
LoanPASS Announces New Integration
LoanPASS, Miami, announced a new integration with BankingBridge, Charleston, S.C.
The integration will make it easier for mortgage lenders to share real-time loan programs and interest rates with customers online.
Powered by LoanPASS’ product eligibility and pricing data, BankingBridge’s dynamic rate comparison tables can be embedded into any financial institution’s website. Via the API integration, BankingBridge can now display and compare interest rates, APRs and fees for a number of lending products.

Informative Research Enhances Suite of Mortgage Portfolio Monitoring Alerts
Informative Research, Garden Grove, Calif., announced the launch of new alert types to enhance its portfolio monitoring service.
One addition includes the PMI removal alert, which notifies lenders when their borrower’s equity position reaches the appropriate level to eliminate PMI.
Other alerts include rate watch (which notifies when the rate changes by a specific threshold); early payoff warning; equity watch alerts; and MLS alerts for properties listed as active.
