Heartland Multiple Listing Service Implements Down Payment Resource Tools

Heartland Multiple Listing Service, Leawood, Kan., has implemented tools from Down Payment Resource, Atlanta.

The tools will be able to notify real estate agents when homebuyers may be eligible for down payment assistance.

DPR reports that 87% of the Heartland MLS listings are eligible for at least one homebuyer assistance program.

Total Expert, Floify Integration Enhanced

Floify, Boulder, Colo., announced an enhanced integration with Total Expert, Minneapolis.

It enables loan originators to send pre-populated loan applications to borrowers, leveraging existing data within Total Expert.

It harnesses borrower data previously collected from past transactions or earlier processes, streamlining the origination process, among other features.

A&D Mortgage Updates Non-QM Loan Programs

A&D Mortgage, Hollywood, Fla., announced updates to its Non-QM loan programs.

They include elimination of bank statement requirements for certain loans, broadened eligibility criteria for DSCR loans and tailored prepayment penalty adjustments. The changes are designed to streamline operations and provide more flexible financing solutions for borrowers.

The updates are effective immediately.

FICO Announces More Adoptions of Score 10 T

FICO, Bozeman, Mont., has announced additional adoptions of its FICO Score 10 T.

Planet Home Lending, Meriden, Conn., will use FICO’s newest model in real-time comparisons for mortgage originations and to inform retention and recapture analytics for its $100 billion servicing portfolio.

Additionally, Liberty Home Mortgage, Independence, Ohio, has adopted the feature for nonconforming loans.

FICO also noted that since 2023, clients with more than $100 billion annualized mortgage originations and about $300 billion eligible mortgage portfolio servicing have signed up.
