Black Knight Inks Deals With HomeStreet Bank, Mission Federal Credit Union
Black Knight, Jacksonville, Fla., announced that HomeStreet Bank, Seattle, signed a multiyear contract extension for its MSP loan servicing system.
Additionally, it announced that Mission Federal Credit Union, San Diego, has selected MSP.
MSP is Black Knight’s comprehensive end-to-end loan servicing system.
HomeStreet Bank will implement the Black Knight Customer Service solution. Additionally, it will use the new Financial Transaction Administration web-based solution that helps servicers accurately and efficiently manage outstanding receivables.
Mission Federal Credit Union will also use the Black Knight Collections solution and Loss Mitigation, as well as Black Knight’s Customer Service solution. The credit union will additionally use the Actionable Intelligence Platform and McDash industry reports.
Grid151 Acquires Simply Secure Sign
Grid151, Plymouth Meeting, Pa., announced that it has acquired a controlling interest in Simply Secure Sign, Coraopolis, Pa., an eClosing technology. Terms were not disclosed.
Simply Secure Sign is a digital closing platform that features digital signature and remote online notarization services. It can support secure transactions for all electronic closing types, is vendor agnostic and can work with any title and settlement providers.
Grid 151 said it would rename the technology as Ink’d and will integrate it into GridBase, its universal API for lender and title collaboration.
Land Gorilla Launches U.S. Compliance Library for Construction Lenders
Land Gorilla, San Luis Obispo, Calif., announced that it launched the Land Gorilla Compliance Library, which is intended to help construction lenders navigate statutory requirements across different states.
It started with compliance resources for 16 states, including California, Texas and Florida, and is expected to include all 50 by the end of the year. The site features an interactive map, and visitors to the site can access state lien laws, contractor licensing information, title practices, and forms for specific states.
The resource is free to the public, but was designed with residential construction lenders in mind.
