Cenlar Announces Appointments, Promotions
Cenlar, Ewing, N.J., announced multiple personnel changes.
Craig Alexander has been appointed as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. He is responsible for providing financial analytics and insights with business partners to support and influence decision making and drive profitability. He was previously at ADP Inc.
Claire Taylor will be Director of Compliance. With almost four decades of experience in the industry, she is responsible for coordinating regulatory examinations and information requests, among other vital duties. She was previously with PHH Mortgage Corp.
Kimberly DiLeo will be Director of Issues Management. She has been with Cenlar since 2015. She manages all borrower/core operations, default and transfer operation teams issues within Cenlar’s Issue Management platform Process Unity, and works as a liaison between various business lines.
Jennifer McKeown was promoted to Director of Claims and Loss Analysis. She has worked for Cenlar since 2021. She oversees the filing of default loss claims with HUD, VA, USDA, FNMA, FHLMC and mortgage insurance carriers, as well as loss analysis reviews and loss allocation reporting.
Nicole Savage received a promotion to Business Control Director. She also has been with Cenlar since 2021. She is responsible for overseeing the Late Stage Default business department to identify key risk, controls and gaps.
Jay Hackney was appointed to Vice President of Transfer Operations. Hackney will lead a team focused on loan boarding experiences. He was previously with companies such as Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.
Allyson Kiesel was promoted to Vice President of Issues and Enterprise Change Management. She has been with Cenlar since 2016. She is now responsible for the Issues Management process from root cause analysis through remediation and for the management of the Change Management team, among other responsibilities.
ATTOM Announces New Board Chair, Other Promotions
ATTOM, Irvine, Calif., announced that Ned Stringham will be the chairman of its board of directors. He is managing partner at 42 Ventures and has a long history in entrepreneurship, business strategy and technology.
Ana Flor was promoted to Chief People Officer. She has helped to develop and execute the company’s HR initiatives.
Kara Taylor was promoted to Chief Marketing Officer. Among other accomplishments, she is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s marketing strategies.
Floify Announces Courtney Dodd as Head of Marketing
Floify, Boulder, Colo., announced Courtney Dodd has joined its team as head of marketing.
She has 12 years of experience in the mortgage sector and will be tasked with spearheading Floify’s marketing initiatives.
She most recently worked for SimpleNexus and has worked for Elie Mae (now ICE Mortgage Technology), Calyx Software and PrimeLending, a PlainsCapital Co.
