Freddie Streamlines Originations of Condo Loans

Freddie Mac on Wednesday announced improvements to its Condo Project Advisor that the government-sponsored enterprise says will allow lenders to determine within minutes whether a condo loan can qualify for purchase. This move appears to be in addition to enhancements made to CPA in July warning lenders that a property may be in need of critical repairs.
