Manhattan’s Luxury Housing ‘Hot Streak’ Persists Into the Fall

A $66.5 million two-unit Upper East Side penthouse was the most expensive Manhattan home sold last week. It marked a continuation of the borough’s “rip-roaring hot streak,” with five straight weeks where contracts were signed on 40 or more luxury homes, said Olshan Realty President Donna Olshan.
