Evolve Mortgage Services Names Tim Anderson EVP/Director of eMortgage Strategy
Evolve Mortgage Services, Frisco, Texas, hired Tim Anderson as executive vice president and director of eMortgage strategy, to oversee further deployment of its digital closing platform. The move follows the company’s recent acquisition of E-Notary Seal. It also marks Anderson’s return to Evolve, where he previously served as president of the company’s SigniaDocs subsidiary from 2007 to 2010.
Anderson previously held leadership roles with Black Knight, DocMagic and Pavaso, and most recently served as senior vice president and director of digital strategy with MortgageConnect. A thought leader and frequently sought-after expert on digital mortgages, he has received multiple industry awards and accolades over his 35-year career, including the Mortgage Banking Tech All-Star award and Mortgage Technology magazine’s Steven Fraser Award.
ATTOM Names Lionel Etrillard CFO
ATTOM, Irvine, Calif., named Lionel Etrillard chief financial officer, responsible for the company’s financial strategic vision and building a solid planning, accounting and compliance foundation, as well as promoting growth and increasing profitability.
Prior to joining ATTOM, Etrillard was chief financial officer of Episource, a technology-based healthcare risk adjustment platform. Prior to that, he served as CFO of Callfire, a marketing technology company. He also led similar teams during his tenure at InvestCloud and iRise.
Anchor Loans Hires Matt Miles as Chief Capital Markets Officer
Anchor Loans, Thousand Oaks, Calif., hired Matt Miles as Chief Capital Markets Officer.
Miles brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate capital markets, with a special focus on fix-and-flip lending and investment. Over the course of his career, he founded both a fix-and-flip lender (Civic Financial Services) and a proptech company (Aperture Real Estate Ventures) that developed proprietary analytics and technology for fix-and-flip investing. He joins Anchor from Sundae, Inc., where he was the firm’s fix-and-flip Portfolio Manager and Head of Capital Markets. Earlier in his career, he was a Partner at Wedgewood, a diversified operating/real estate investment company. While at Wedgewood, he founded Civic, its fix-and-flip lending subsidiary. Prior to Wedgewood, he spent 13 years at RBS Securities (formerly Greenwich Capital), most recently as Senior Vice President of Investment Banking and Principal Finance. he began his career at GE Capital.
JLL Promotes Lenamon to Americas Head of Valuation Advisory
JLL, Chicago, promoted Tony Lenamon to Americas Head of Valuation Advisory. He assumed his new role on July 1 from Managing Director Blake Lacher, who is shifting his full-time focus to growth of JLL’s Energy Solutions business in the Americas.
Lenamon has more than 30 years of professional experience. He joined JLL as a Managing Director in January 2020 to lead the National Valuation Advisory Multi-Housing practice, which he will continue concurrent with his new duties.
Hinshaw Adds Julia Terry as Financial Services Partner in New Orleans
Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP announced Julia Terry joined the firm as a partner in the New Orleans office. She brings a combination of in-house and private law experience, with a focus on assisting banks with managing legal risks and compliance issues related to technology service contracts, including data security and privacy issues.
Terry was most recently vice president and corporate counsel with Hancock Whitney Bank, where she reviewed and negotiated third-party service provider contracts for the bank’s technology and digital account and lending functions, with a particular focus on due diligence, compliance with federal and state regulations, and data privacy. She began her legal practice at McGlinchey Stafford before becoming Vice President and Atlanta Manager and Underwriting Counsel at First American Title Insurance Co. She later was Special Counsel in the Real Estate Group at Jones, Walker, Waechter, Poitevent, Carrere & Denegre LLP in New Orleans.
