MBA: What is the most important issue facing your company right now?

GEOFFREY OLIVER: Aligning our consulting services to the needs of the mortgage industry.  We constantly are adding senior resources that have new skills to add to our wealth of mortgage industry capabilities.  Finding the right resources is an ongoing challenge.

MBA: What are some key trends your company is tracking?

OLIVER: Changes in origination to create efficiency.  Reassessing regulatory compliance processes and technology to minimize costs.  Fintech opportunities and smart data/processes that could apply to the mortgage business.

MBA: Why did your company join the Mortgage Bankers Association?

OLIVER: The mortgage industry is one of our primary business focus areas given the backgrounds of many of our employees. MBA is the Association that our clients are members.

MBA: How has being an MBA Premier Member benefited your company?

OLIVER: We hope to grow the benefit further but our name brand and member exposure has been a benefit.
