Here’s How Much Rising Interest Rates Would Raise Mortgage Payments

In the latest report from the Mortgage Bankers' Association, the average rate for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage rose slightly in mid-February to 4.36%. For many people that seems high, since rates have bounced between 3.5% and 4.0% over the last few years.
