Berkadia Announces Addition of Louis Friedel

Berkadia, New York, announced the addition of Senior Managing Director Louis Friedel.

Friedel will be leading the Los Angeles and San Francisco Mortgage Banking offices for Berkadia.

He has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, and was previously a Managing Director at TPG Angelo Gordon.

Slatt Capital Welcomes Rob Ronzone

Slatt Capital, Burlingame, Calif., has welcomed Rob Ronzone as Senior Vice President.

Ronzone has more than two decades of experience in commercial lending.

He was most recently with First Republic Bank as Managing Director for the past 16 years. He worked across numerous sectors of real estate finance, including residential, multifamily, office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, hospitality, construction and special-use properties.

Greystone Monticello Adds Sean Bryce

Greystone Monticello, New York, announced Sean Bryce has joined the firm as a Director, focusing on originating multifamily bridge loans.

Bryce has more than a decade of experience originating and managing commercial real estate debt investments on all property types across the U.S.

He was most recently an Assistant Vice President for Voya Investment Management, where he originated commercial mortgage loans and led workout efforts for various special situations within the firm’s CML portfolio.
