Voices: Courageous Conversations – Men as Allies Coming July 19

MBA’s award-winning webinar series – Voices, is back by popular demand! In our previous sessions, we were enlightened by the voices of women in our industry sharing their experiences and discussing similarities and differences.

In an industry that is still predominantly male at the senior levels, allyship is an important discussion for men. In this session, our panel of men will discuss the importance of allyship in the workplace and how to achieve it. Allyship means recognizing the privilege that members of majority groups have in a professional context and using that privilege to advance efforts that benefit colleagues. Join us to discuss what allyship in action looks like and how men can be allies for underrepresented groups and individuals within their organizations and the industry.
