Newmark Knight Frank announced that Dustin Stolly joined the firm as vice chairman and co-head of the New York debt/structured finance team with Vice Chairman Jordan Roeschlaub.

Stolly has executed more than $30 billion in capital markets transactions during his career.

In addition to structured finance, Stolly also plans to raise equity and execute on loan sales across all commercial asset classes with NKF.

Stolly, formerly with JLL, started his new position with NKF on July 18th.

Reynolds Joins CBRE Capital Advisors
Gordon Reynolds joined CBRE Capital Advisors as senior managing director. He will focus on M&A advisory and private financings for public and private operating companies.

With more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience, Reynolds specializes in entity-level and joint venture structuring across all real estate asset classes. He has completed transactions valued at over $4.6 billion in total consideration throughout the course of his career.

As senior managing director, Reynolds will provide clients with investment banking advisory expertise in capital raising and structuring; investing and management and strategic alternatives.

Reynolds joined CBRE from Stifel, where he held the position of managing director in the firm’s Real Estate Investment Banking group. During nearly ten years at Stifel, he led the firm’s real estate private equity practice, specializing in M&A advisory and private financings for a range of clients, including public REITs, public REOC’s, private equity funds and prominent private companies. In addition, he managed the real estate financial sponsors practice for Stifel’s investment banking department, covering more than 150 dedicated institutional real estate investors comprised of pension funds, insurance companies, private equity, investment managers, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and hedge funds.

Prior to Stifel, Reynolds held various senior acquisition and asset management positions with Ocean Atlantic Assocs., PNC Realty Investors and University City Housing Co.

Q10|Lutz Financial Services Promotes Shane to Managing Director
Q10|Lutz Financial Services, Birmingham, Mich., promoted Matthew Shane to Managing Director.

Shane has completed more than 250 transactions worth more than $1.2 billion in his 15-year career with Q10|Lutz, said Q10|Lutz Financial Services Managing Principal Adam Lutz.

Shane’s closed real estate transactions include most real estate asset classes including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, hotels and medical office buildings. His other financing specialty is arranging loans on single-tenant transactions. His clients include local and national developers as well as family trusts acquiring or refinancing properties.

Shane previously worked as an investment analyst at CB Richard Ellis.
