“As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to be a growing concern for our nation, the health and well-being of our members, conference attendees and MBA staff remain our top priority,” said MBA Chief Operating Officer Marcia Davies. “This was a difficult decision and one MBA did not make lightly. We are living in extraordinary times and the health and safety of our members and our staff is of our most paramount concern.”
MBA will automatically refund all registration, sponsorship, exhibit and affiliate space payments. MBA will also cancel all hotel rooms for registrants who booked a hotel room through the MBA online portal. “We ask for your patience as we work through the administrative processes required to do so,” Davies said.
Registrants who booked outside of the MBA room block should reach out to the hotel directly and cancel their reservations.
