
Meet the Newest Members of MBA’s Associate Advisory Council (MAAC)
The Mortgage Bankers Association’s (MBA) Associate Advisory Council (MAAC) represents a group of Associate Members across the mortgage ecosystem providing a collective voice to share ideas and insights that strengthen the industry.
Council Mission:
To unite diverse Associate Member companies to foster collaboration, innovation, and meaningful engagement within the mortgage industry, serving as a bridge between service providers and MBA’s Lender/Servicer community while elevating the contributions of Associate Members.
The MAAC selection process includes referrals from current members, outreach from interested companies, and a formal interview and evaluation by the leadership team, to ensure alignment with its mission and MBA’s commitment to industry advancement.
MBA is pleased to welcome the newest members of the Associate Advisory Council:

• Katie King, Chief Risk Officer, Head of Operations at Gateless
• Patrick O’Brien, Founder and CEO of LenderLogix
• Katie Klauss, EVP Head of Customer Success with ActiveComply
• Jeff Flory, CMB, AMP, Chief Executive Officer with QC Ally
• Courtney Dodd, Head of Marketing at Floify
MAAC members also contribute through three focused subcommittees:
• Technology Subcommittee: Identifies opportunities to enhance MBA offerings, from technology solutions to education and meetings, bringing fresh perspectives that benefit all members.
• Collaboration and Partnerships Subcommittee: Develops initiatives that showcase Associate member expertise and strengthen connections across the MBA community, including member spotlights, partner resources, and case studies.
• Elite Industry Partnership Designation Subcommittee: Shapes a program recognizing Associate members who demonstrate exceptional engagement, leadership, and commitment within the MBA community.
These new members will join MAAC’s ongoing efforts to enhance engagement, share best practices, and strengthen connections across MBA.
