Nora Guerra Joins Guild Mortgage

Guild Mortgage, San Diego, announced that Nora Guerra joined as the Senior Vice President of Community Lending Solutions.

Guerra most recently was Senior Manager of National Affordable Lending at Freddie Mac. She has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the industry.

In the role, Guerra will lead, develop and expand programs, policies and initiatives that support attainable homeownership, including mortgage lending, down payment assistance, financial education and community outreach.

Fairway Promotes Daivd Lazowski

Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp., Madison, Wis., announced the promotion of David Lazowski to President of National Recruiting and Growth.

He has been at Fairway for 18 years, including in posts as a Loan Originator, Branch Manager and Division Leader.

In his new role, Lazowski will help support Fairway’s national growth through recruiting and other strategic initiatives.

Westcor Welcomes Matt Collins

Westcor Land Title Insurance Co., Maitland, Fla., welcomed Matt Collins as an Underwriting Counsel.

He will serve as part of the Southwest regional team.

Collins has a career that spans more than 35 years with extensive experience in real estate transactions, title disputes, recoupment and creditor bankruptcy representation.
