Greystone Launches New LIHTC Syndication Platform
Greystone, New York, has rolled out Greystone Real Estate Capital, a new, privately controlled Low Income Housing Tax Credit syndication platform led by Greg Voyentzie.
It includes a team of professionals with more than 182 years of combined LIHTC industry experience.
A critical component to Greystone Real Estate Capital’s affordable housing syndicator mission is giving back to the communities in which it serves, the company stated.
JLL Adds AI to JLL Serve
JLL, Chicago, announced that its end-to-end facilities management application, JLL Serve, now has AI-powered technology from Sclera, Chicago.
It will help further drive productivity, compliance and intelligent decision-making through a mobile- and web-based interface.
The integration supports the creation of a unified and comprehensive dataset of an entire portfolio of facilities being served, and can provide a centralized view of different activities.
