Marcus & Millichap Welcomes Jan Coonley as Chief People Officer

Marcus & Millichap, Calabasas, Calif., has hired Jan Coonley as Chief People Officer.

Coonley will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s human resources activities.

She was previously a Strategic and Advisory Partner at Heritage Bank of Commerce, and has worked for companies such as J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. and U.S. Bank.

JB Bowers Joins Greystone Monticello

Greystone Monticello, New York, a bridge lending provider, announced the addition of JB Bowers as a Director.

Bowers will assist with identifying bridge loan opportunities and will play a key role in growing the company’s efforts in multifamily bridge lending.

He has more than 10 years of experience in the industry and most recently served as an Assistant Vice President for Voya Investment Management.
