STRATMOR Group, Denver, has merged with Teraverde, Lancaster, Pa.

Both firms will operate under the STRATMOR brand. It combines both firms’ programs, technology and subject matter expertise.

The combined services and product offerings will help guide lender and vendor clients to make strategic decisions.

Gridbase Launches New Online App for Westcor

Gridbase, a Grid151 company, Plymouth Meeting, Pa., announced the launch of a new online application platform for Westcor Land Title Insurance Co., Maitland, Fla.

It will help streamline the onboarding process for agents and administrators in the title insurance industry.

The platform includes new features such as a real-time status tracker that provides immediate updates on the application process and enhanced security measures, among others.

Snapdocs, SitusAMC Partner

Snapdocs, San Francisco, announced a partnership with SitusAMC, Houston, to integrate the Snapdocs eVault to SitusAMC’s ProMerit platform.

It will allow warehouse lenders to manage eNote transactions from within their warehouse lending system of record.

With the partnership, warehouse banks can now accept eNote transfers, initiate outgoing eNote transfers, reconcile eNote data and view eNote statuses within ProMerit–often those processes would have required a manual action within an eVault.

USFN Introduces USFN Source

USFN, North Richland Hills, Texas, announced the launch of The USFN Source, an all-inclusive digital reference publication based on the National Mortgage Servicer’s Reference Directory.

It will provide a digital platform to help users efficiently find the resources they need.

In addition to the updated content, a subscription to USFN Source includes access to other reference directories, among other resources.

LoanLogics, Jacksonville, Fla., announced enhancements to its LoanBeam income calculation technologies.

The enhancements will help lenders efficiently process income documents related to wage earners in the service they use to process self-employed borrowers.

Being able to access all income calculations from within a single platform will help simplify and accelerate the income verification process for more borrowers.

Down Payment Resource Announces Integration With ICE

Down Payment Resource, Atlanta, announced an integration using the latest API framework from Intercontinental Exchange Inc., Atlanta.

The integration is available via the Encompass Partner Connect API Platform, and will help lenders support buyers with finding down payment assistance programs.

The integration embeds support for down payment assistance programs directly into core loan production systems. Borrowers can be automatically matched with eligible DPA programs based on various factors, among other features.
