MBA Welcomes Alicia Goncalves

The Mortgage Bankers Association has welcomed Alicia Goncalves as Director of Associate Membership.

Her key role will focus on Premier and Select member portfolios and increasing member engagement related to the Associate Member benefits.

Goncalves has more than 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including her most recent role as a Senior Customer Success Manager in Fintech.

Aaron Belovsky Joins Dovenmuehle

Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Lake Zurich, Ill., announced that Aaron Belovsky has been hired as Chief Data Officer.

He will lead data governance, data engineering and machine learning strategies.

He has more than two decades of software engineering experience, most recently with Pixelberry Studios.

Optimal Blue Promotes Rick Allen to COO

Optimal Blue, Plano, Texas, announced that Rick Allen is now Chief Operating Officer. Allen was most recently Optimal Blue’s Chief Administrative Officer.

He has more than 35 years of experience in the housing industry, and joined Optimal Blue in 2017.

In this new role, Allen will provide greater operational oversight across all areas of the company, including opportunities to enhance efficiencies and streamline execution.

Nationwide Property & Appraisal Services Hires Stephanie Shafer

Nationwide Property & Appraisal Services, Voorhees, N.J., has hired Stephanie Shafer as Senior Vice President and Senior Account Executive.

She will focus on expanding the home equity channel through desktop appraisal solutions.

Shafer has more than 23 years of industry experience, including a significant tenure with the Community Bankers Association of Ohio.
