ATTOM: Zombie Foreclosures Remain Low

ATTOM, Irvine, Calif., released its fourth-quarter 2024 Vacant Property and Zombie Foreclosure Report. It found zombie foreclosures ticked up slightly from Q3, but remain below Q4 2023’s number.
