Secondary Market Deliveries Earn a Reprieve in January

There was a slight increase in mortgage deliveries to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in January, despite rising interest rates and a low inventory of homes for sale, according to a new Inside The GSEs ranking and analysis.
