A CONVERGENCE Initiative Update

The Mortgage Bankers Association recently announced the launch of the CONVERGENCE Collaborative, a new charitable organization to help address the racial homeownership gap. The Collaborative will deploy more than $1 million over each of the next three years to build on the existing network of place-based CONVERGENCE sites focused on expanding minority homeownership.

CONVERGENCE Memphis and United Housing: Making an Impact in Memphis

CONVERGENCE Memphis was recently awarded a $250,000 grant from the Tennessee Housing Development Agency. This funding will fuel efforts to expand affordable housing opportunities in the community, focusing on key CONVERGENCE Memphis neighborhoods Frayser, Glenview, and Whitehaven.
