And on Thursday, the Senate confirmed Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the U.S. Supreme Court, making her the first Black woman to serve as a Supreme Court justice.

And on Monday, the SEC voted to release a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking that would require domestic and foreign registrants to include climate risk and impact information in registration statements and periodic reports.
