ATTOM: Foreclosure Activity Increases

ATTOM, Irvine, Calif., released its foreclosure market report for July, finding a total of 39,906 U.S. properties with a foreclosure filing, up 1% from June and up 10% year-over-year.

Veterans United: Prospective Homebuyers Optimistic

Veterans United, Columbia, Mo., released its Q2 2026 State of Mind Survey, finding 73% of prospective buyers plan to purchase a home within the next year and 62% say buying a home feels within reach.

Zillow: Rents Rising at Fastest Pace in More Than a Year

Zillow, Seattle, released its latest Zillow Observed Rent Index, finding the typical U.S. asking rent rose to $1,962 in July. That’s up 2.3% annually, marking the fastest pace in more than a year.

BWE, Cleveland, closed a $40 million cash-out refinancing for Cogir of Glen Mills, a Class A senior living community in Glen Mills, Pa.
