About the Event
Event Address: MBA headquarters 1919 M Street, Washington, DC 20036, Time: 8:30 AM – 4 PM ET June 30, 2026
Lenders and banking institutions continue to navigate evolving challenges in meeting Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) objectives, including increased competition for loan volume, market shifts, limited housing inventory for low- to moderate-income borrowers, and the changing role of physical branches in a digital environment. At the same time, some states have enacted or are considering their own versions of CRA that may impact banks and independent mortgage companies.
MBA is offering a one-day, hands-on workshop to help participants strengthen and expand their CRA-related lending strategies across both residential mortgage and commercial real estate finance. The program will focus on current regulatory realities, practical case studies, and actionable strategies.
The workshop will provide a practical and interactive experience, with a focus on real-world application. Participants will engage with experts, ask targeted questions, and exchange strategies with peers through presentations, panels, and networking opportunities.
Register today: Attendance is limited to 50 participants to support meaningful discussion and engagement.
