Click n’ Close Names Amy Azorandia as CCO

Click n’ Close, Addison, Texas, appointed Amy Azorandia, CMB, as chief compliance officer.

Azorandia will lead the company’s compliance strategy, governance framework and risk management infrastructure. And, she’ll be responsible for strengthening enterprisewide compliance management systems.

Azorandia brings more than two decades of mortgage banking experience. She was most recently senior vice president of mortgage compliance and systems at Firstrust Bank, and previously held executive leadership roles at GMH Mortgage Services.

Kemph was most recently president and CEO of BlackFin Group and brings decades of experience in mortgage banking.

Planet Chooses Brandon Latman as COO of Mortgage Servicing

Planet Home Lending, Meriden, Conn., has appointed Brandon Latman as chief operating officer of servicing and default operations.

He will focus on performance, scalability and delivery of clear and responsive service to borrowers, clients and investors.

He has more than two decades of mortgage industry experience ranging from servicing to originations, capital markets and operations. Latman was most recently with Mr. Cooper/Rocket Mortgage where he held a number of roles, most recently as head of default.

Ramie Word Joins LoanCare as EVP of Client Relations

WFG National Title Insurance Co. Announces New Leadership

WFG National Title Insurance Co., a Williston Financial Group company, Portland, Ore., announced, as part of a strategic advancement to align leadership, technology and operations into a unified model, the appointment of Jaime Johnson as senior vice president, director of agency customer experience, and Joey Grampa as senior vice president, director of agency sales.

The new ecosystem brings together Agent 3.0–WFG’s AI and technology platform and WFG Agency Advantage–an operational enablement program.

Johnson will lead how WFG supports its agent partners across every touchpoint, overseeing operational support, education and marketing, and will head up WFG Agency Advantage. She previously served as VP and director of Agent 3.0 and brings more than 27 years of experience as a licensed title professional.

Grampa will lead WFG’s national agency sales organization, and will work closely with WFG’s Agency division’s regional leaders and sales team. She previously led marketing for WFG’s Agency division.

At ServiceLink, Reaves will be responsible for strengthening key client relationships and developing new partnerships across field services, auction, REO asset management, default title and valuation and servicing support solutions.
