Zillow: Rent Growth Slowing

Zillow, Seattle, released a new analysis finding that the typical U.S. asking rent was $1,910 in March. That’s up 1.8% year-over-year, but marks the slowest pace of growth since 2020.

Mortgage Application Payments Increased in March, MBA Reports

Homebuyer affordability declined in March, with the national median payment applied for by purchase applicants increasing to $2,131 from $2,061 in February, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association's Purchase Applications Payment Index.
