CSBS Proposes Updates to NMLS Testing, Education Fees

The Conference of State Bank Supervisors, Washington, D.C., issued a request last week for public comments on proposed changes to fees associated with the SAFE Act mortgage testing and education program. Comments must be submitted by July 10 at 5 p.m. EDT.

CSBS operates the Nationwide Multi-State Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) on behalf of state financial services regulators. The testing and education fee adjustments outlined in the proposal will help ensure ongoing quality and integrity of the testing and education program.
