MBA is offering a one-day in-person summit featuring experts from government regulators and agencies, condo lenders, and other subject matter experts.
Topics to be discussed include lending opportunities and challenges, policies that impact lending, and the potential risk from insurance availability and pricing.
Join us Tuesday, June 16, 2026 in our nation’s capital, for this timely opportunity to hear directly from the government agencies and discuss hot-button topics with other industry peers.

MBA does not have a preferred hotel nor a contracted hotel room block for this event. Registered attendees are responsible for making their own lodging and travel accommodation. Please email mcrable@mba.org for a list of hotels close to the event location.
MEMBER PRICE VERIFICATION
The published registration rates are subject to the membership status of your company at the start of the conference. Should your company membership status change between the time of registration and the start of the conference, you may be subject to a change in your rate.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Send requests in writing to the attention of “Registration Substitutions” at mbaresearch@mba.org and include a $50 processing fee. In order to guarantee that your name will appear on the final registration list, your substitution request must be received on or before July 20, 2025.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Send requests in writing to “MBA Cancellations” at mbaresearch@mba.org. See below for the refund schedule. Received on or before May 31, 2026: Full refund minus $50 processing fee. Received June 1 – June 9, 2026: Refund of 50% of the registration fee. Received after June 9, 2026: No refunds after this date.
SPECIAL GROUP DISCOUNT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If any person who has registered as part of the special group discounted rates cancels their registration, the standard Cancellations and Refunds policy will apply. In addition, the group discounted rates will be adjusted if applicable.
