Experian Launches Experian Verify

Experian, Costa Mesa, Calif., announced the launch of Experian Verify for research verification.

Part of the Experian Verify portfolio, it integrates a conversational AI agent and secure employer-facing online form with Experian’s existing call center.

While each verification process is still initiated by the Experian call center, the solution offers employers more convenient ways to complete the verification of income and employment. Then, a comprehensive income and employment verification statement is automatically generated and delivered to the client.

Ardley Rolls Out Ardley Platform

Ardley, Reston, Va., has rolled out Ardley Platform, a self-serve technology.

Ardley Platform performs all the functionality of its analytical engine, Ardley Intelligence, and borrower engagement engine, Ardley Advantage. Users can have a centralized hub to engage borrowers and drive new loan applications.

Ardley Platform offers direct user access to features such as real-time pricing controls, customizable borrower journeys, automated outreach and end-to-end lead management.

Friday Harbor Expands AI Pre-Underwriting

Friday Harbor, Seattle, announced new capabilities for condominium and manufactured home loans that enable lenders to evaluate property-specific eligibility requirements before files reach underwriting.

Condo and manufactured home loans are 8% of all originations, but have unique eligibility requirements. Both have nuances that can increase review times and create additional work in production and underwriting.

Friday Harbor evaluates property-related documentation alongside borrower information, and the platform analyzes information across the loan file and compares it against investor eligibility requirements to identify property-related issues, documentation gaps and potential eligibility concerns.
