Denial Rates on Jumbo Mortgages Decline in 2025

Lenders denied 12.1% of applications for jumbo mortgages in 2025, according to a new Inside Nonconforming Markets analysis of Home Mortgage Disclosure Act data. That was down from a denial rate of 13.0% in 2024.
