Altus Group: Multifamily Leads Single-Property Transactions
Altus Group, Toronto, released its Q1 CRE Investment and Transactions Quarterly Report, finding that multifamily led all sectors by share of single-property transaction value (29.2%) and by share of properties tracked (29.6%).
Foreclosure Filings Fall Monthly, Gain Annually, ATTOM Finds
ATTOM, Irvine, Calif., released its latest U.S. Foreclosure Market Report, finding that there were 40,355 U.S. properties with foreclosure filings in the month. That’s down 5% from a month ago, but up 14% from May 2025.
