Mortgage Applications Decrease in Latest MBA Weekly Survey

Mortgage applications decreased 2.2% from one week earlier, according to data from the Mortgage Bankers Association’s (MBA) Weekly Mortgage Applications Survey for the week ending July 3, 2026. This week’s results include an adjustment for the Fourth of July holiday.

Trepp: CMBS Delinquency Rate Dips in June

Trepp, New York, reported the commercial mortgage-backed securities delinquency rate decreased by 20 basis points in June to 7.35%.
