Sagent Selects Kenneth Posner as CFO

Sagent, Dallas, has appointed Kenneth Posner as chief financial officer.

Posner joins Sagent with more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage and financial services industry.

He previously led strategy and investor relations at Mr. Cooper Group, and was the co-founder of Capital Bank Financial Corp. He also worked for Morgan Stanley earlier in his career.

Kelley Frink

Kelley Frink Chosen as COO for Veterans United

Kelley Frink has been promoted to chief operations officer at Veterans United Home Loans, Columbia, Mo.

Frink’s newly expanded role will extend her responsibility across the company’s full business operations. She will oversee the firm’s day-to-day operations and work across departments to align resources and processes.

She has been with Veterans United since 2013 and was named chief financial officer in 2019. She is one of the company’s longest-tenured senior leaders.

Merv Govender

Merv Govender Named Click n’ Close Chief Information Officer

Click n’ Close, Addison, Texas, announced the appointment of Merv Govender as chief information officer.

He brings more than 27 years of technology leadership across the banking, gaming and health care industries.

Govender will lead the firm’s technology deployment and deployment strategy, and will oversee cybersecurity, infrastructure and the adoption of AI across its operations.

Dovenmuehle Announces Ann Morey as Head of Product

Dovenmuehle, Lake Zurich, Ill., announced that Ann Morey has been named head of product.

Morey will lead DMI’s product management function and brings more than 15 years of experience leading digital product and technology teams.

She was most recently vice president of product delivery at Tria, and previously has worked with the U.S. Air Force, XPO Logistics and First Data.

Finance of America Reverse Appoints Senior Leaders

Finance of America Reverse, Plano, Texas, announced the appointments of three senior leaders.

Colm Murphy is joining as chief brand officer. He was previously with Publicis Groupe and Bloomberg Media.

Jordan Baucum was appointed senior vice president of communications. He was previously with Customers Bank, First Republic Bank and Chevron.

And, Mike Urban will be chief product officer. He most recently served in leadership roles at Best Egg and Barclaycard.

Noah Meier Joins SingleSource

Noah Meier

SingleSource Property Solutions, Canonsburg, Pa., has appointed Noah Meier as chief appraiser.

Meier has more than two decades of field and management experience. He will be charged with expanding the company’s valuation services and sharpening quality assurance protocols to support faster, more consistent service for lender and servicer clients.

He began his appraisal career in 2004 by earning his first trainee permit at a New Jersey-based appraisal company. He holds certified or licensed appraiser credentials in New Jersey, Delaware and Rhode Island.

Logan Finance Promotes Jeffrey Massotti to EVP of National Wholesale

He joined Logan Finance as senior vice president of TPO for the East/Central Region, where he focused on broker relationships and expanding the company’s footprint.

Previously he worked with Carrington Wholesale.

Ardley Welcomes Chris Calcasola

Ardley, Reston, Va., has appointed Chris Calcasola as vice president of sales.

He will lead sales operations, build and scale the sales team, and develop the go-to-market strategy for Ardley Platform.

Calcasola brings nearly a decade of success in mortgage technology sales. Prior to joining Ardley, he was head of income and employment verification at Truv, and he’s also worked for Total Expert.
