LERETA Selects Robert Lay as CFO

LERETA, Pomona, Calif., announced that Robert Lay has joined as its new chief financial officer.

Lay will lead LERETA’s finance organization with responsibility for financial strategy, planning and analysis, operational performance and financial infrastructure.

He has more than 25 years of finance leadership experience including mortgage servicing, due diligence and technology-enabled financial services. Most recently he was CFO and executive vice president at Selene Finance. He has also worked for First American Financial Corp., Experian and UPS.

Informative Research, Garden Grove, Calif., announced the promotion of Ajay Trilokeshwaran as chief technology officer.

Trilokeshwaran will lead the company’s product and technology execution, and oversee platform development, application engineering, infrastructure and cloud strategy.

He has more than 20 years of enterprise technology experience. He has been the driving force behind Informative Research’s core verification infrastructure, building systems that help lenders meet investor guidelines and capture GSE incentive programs through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Polunsky Beitel Green, Dallas, announced Jeanine LaMay Kay has joined its business development team.

She brings more than 20 years of experience across residential real estate, mortgage lending, title insurance and homebuilding. She will work closely with PBG’s attorneys and client service teams to strengthen existing client relationships and support the firm’s growth.

Kay was previously with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, a division of Frontdoor Inc., and First American Financial Corp.

Kelly is licensed in 20 states and brings a team of loan originators and operations professionals. He has nearly two decades of experience in the mortgage industry.

He began his career in new home sales before transitioning to mortgage lending in 2007.
