nCino Rolls Out LeadGen PreQual

nCino, Wilmington, N.C., has rolled out a new capability called LeadGen PreQual, a feature within its mortgage point of sale solution that lets borrowers get a real credit-backed prequalification letter from their phone.

A borrower would click a link from their loan officer and complete a short mobile-optimized form. Then, with the borrower’s consent, a credit check is run automatically to gain insights into the feasibility of a conventional loan. Based on the results, the borrower may be able to immediately generate and download a prequal letter.

LeadGen PreQual is part of nCino’s Agentic Homeownership Journey, a connected, AI-powered experience nCino delivers across the mortgage lifecycle within the mortgage point of sale.
