Stewart Names Matt Orlando President of Informative Research
Stewart Information Services Corp., Houston, announced that Matt Orlando has been named president of Informative Research, Garden Grove, Calif.
Orlando will lead Informative Research’s growth strategy and product development.
He has been with Informative Research since 2019 and became chief experience officer after Stewart’s acquisition in 2021.
Class Valuation Appoints Tanya Wright EVP of TPO, Distributed Retail
Class Valuation, Troy, Mich., announced Tanya Wright has joined as executive vice president of Third-Party Origination and Distributed Retail.
She will serve on Class Valuation’s Operations Leadership Team and oversee strategy, operations and client success for the company’s broker and distributed retail channels.
She has more than a decade of leadership experience in mortgage originations and financial technology. Most recently she was vice president of non-QM operations at Kind Lending. She has also held roles at Emporium TPO and loanDepot.
Westcor Land Title Insurance Co. Promotes Michael Trowbridge to Senior Vice President
Westcor Land Title Insurance Co., Maitland, Fla., announced the promotion of Michael Trowbridge to senior vice president, east area manager.
He has more than two decades of title insurance experience, after joining the industry in 2004. He began by preparing closing documents for a large national title agent.
In 2016, he made the transition to the underwriting side of the industry and joined Westcor. Most recently, he served as Westcor’s Central States and Tennessee regional manager.
