ICE Introduces New MSP User Experience

Intercontinental Exchange Inc., Atlanta, announced an enhanced MSP user experience, completing the first phase of a broader modernization initiative.

The new UX enhancements make it possible to further reduce the volume of exceptions that require human review, by consolidating reviews into single-screen workflows.

ICE has also introduced phase two enhanced escrow and investor reporting automations, which are made possible by the updated UX. The automation reduces manual touchpoints by as much as 87% and shortens cycle times from 10 days to as few as two, and enhanced automation for Freddie Mac loan-level investor reporting cuts manual steps by as much as 68% for the high-frequency process.

WFG Rolls Out New FinCen Compliance Solutions

WFG National Title Insurance Co., a Williston Financial Group company, Portland, Ore., announced a suite of FinCEN reporting solutions designed to help title agents meet new federal requirements effective March 1.

Already in use within the company’s direct operations, the FinCEN reporting solutions are now available to members of WFG’s agent network and independent title agents.

The FinCen reporting service is powered by Advalis’ FinCENRealEstateReport.com. It will compress the process while maintaining documentation, audit trials and record retention. And, it will integrate directly into existing title workflows, handling buyer and seller outreach, data validation and the actual filing with FinCEN.

WFG is also providing educational resources, exemption checkers and client-facing explainers to help reduce confusion and resistance around FinCEN data collection.

Outamation Achieves ISO/IEC 42001 Certification

Outamation, Southlake, Texas, achieved ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification; in a release it noted it was the first mortgage technology company in the U.S. to achieve the international standards for Artificial Intelligence Management Systems.

ISO/IEC 42001 is the first certifiable standard for governing the development and management of AI, and requires organizations to demonstrate high levels of accountability, transparency and fairness.

The certification shows that Outamation’s system encompasses comprehensive risk assessment and mitigation, transparent AI operations, ethical AI development, data governance excellence and continuous monitoring and improvement.
