STRATMOR Group’s 2026 Subservicing Market Survey found that 83 percent of mortgage servicing rights owners using subservicers prefer to work with a single provider. While satisfied lenders cited factors including compliance confidence and borrower experience, those considering a change identified competitive pricing and technology integration among their top priorities.
