Pragma, 3N Performance Unveil MOSS
Pragma, Miami, and 3N Performance, Charlotte, N.C., have launched MOSS, a new mortgage origination solution designed to improve efficiency and user experience in credit unions, mortgage companies and banks.

HOIVerify Origination is integrated into Assurant’s data exchange ecosystem.
Key features include real-time policy information, multi-carrier integration, and the automation and compliance features.

Outamation Announces Waterfall Decision Engine for Home Retention Programs
Outamation, Southlake, Texas, announced the launch of its waterfall decision engine within OutamateMods.
It delivers automated decisioning across all agencies and investor types, including connectivity to Fannie Mae’s SMDU and Freddie Mac’s Resolve platform and has complete integration of FHA Mortgagee Letter 2025-14 changes.
The enhanced OutamateMods platform, with full waterfall decision capabilities, is available immediately for existing clients. New implementations will begin in Q4. The FHA ML changes module is currently available for client testing.

Using NotaryCam’s secure RON platform, Dovenmuehle and RUTH RUHL facilitate compliant, real-time digital notarization of loan modification documents, eliminating the need for borrowers to attend in-person appointments or coordinated limited-time windows.
Dovenmuehle plans to expand its use of NotaryCam’s platform across its client base. It is currently available in all states where RON is authorized.
