This session is a chance to pause and reflect on the stories you tell yourself—and to create new, empowering narratives that move you forward.

Together, we’ll explore the stories that have shaped your path and give you the space to carry forward what serves you, release what doesn’t, and begin writing a story that’s fully your own.
