About the Event
In mortgage banking—and in life—women often measure success by how much we take on, how quickly we move, and how seamlessly we make it all work. Along the way, many of us internalize limiting stories about ourselves, others, and our circumstances. The cost can be high: confidence, peace of mind, relationships, and well-being. This session is a chance to pause and reflect on the stories you tell yourself—and to create new, empowering narratives that move you forward.
Together, we’ll explore the stories that have shaped your path and give you the space to carry forward what serves you, release what doesn’t, and begin writing a story that’s fully your own.
