Kelly Hebert Named Chief People Officer at LERETA

LERETA, Pomona, Calif., announced the appointment of Kelly Hebert as the company’s new chief people officer.

She will oversee Human Resources, Training and Development and Facilities and will join the firm’s executive team.

Hebert has been with LERETA for six years, most recently as senior vice president of strategy. Previously, she co-founded National Real Tax Tracking, where she led the company from start-up to its acquisition by LERETA in 2018.

Westcor Land Title Insurance Co. Announces Promotion of Angela Fling

Westcor Land Title Insurance Co. has promoted Angela Fling to senior vice president, central area manager.

Fling will oversee Westcor’s operations and drive the underwriter’s commitment to innovation and excellence in the title insurance industry.

Fling has been in the title insurance industry since 2003, and joined Westcor in 2019. Her career has included roles in compliance, sales and management.

Merchants Bank Adds Bret Reifsteck

Merchants Bank, Carmel, Ind., announced the addition of Bret Reifsteck as a mortgage loan originator with Merchants Mortgage.

Reifsteck will be based in Oak Brook, Ill.

He has more than 21 years of combined experience as a mortgage lender and real estate land title professional. He was previously with US Bank and Huntington National Bank.

Reifsteck has specialized in new construction, lot financing, conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and IDHA loan origination.
