FICS Releases Succession Plan, Names Future Co-Presidents

FICS, Addison, Texas, announced that Susan Graham–who has served as President for 18 years–will become Senior Vice President of Employee Education. She will retain her position on the company’s board of directors.

Shalecia Callaway and Aaron Lynch will become Co-Presidents, effective Jan. 1, 2026.

Callaway will serve as Co-President and Chief Operating Officer. She has been with FICS for 22 years, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of System Support.

Lynch will be Co-President and continue his current role of Chief Technology Officer. He has been with FICS for 19 years, and most recently was Senior Vice President and CTO.

Westcor Announces Hiring, Promotion

Westcor Land Title Insurance Co., announced the addition of Jared Green as a new Agency Sales Representative, and the promotion of Matt Ryden as Western States Senior Counsel.

Green will be an Agency Sales Representative for the Florida team, specifically in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. He works with title agencies and law firms to assist them in growing strategically, streamlining operations and building relationships.

Ryden currently underwrites for Idaho, Montana, Utah, Wyoming and Hawaii, and in his new expanded role, he will contribute additional expertise and approval authority for the Western States underwriting team. He joined Westcor as Underwriting Counsel in 2014.
